As of the 19th October 2021, Bespoke Electronics Limited has been dissolved having served it’s purpose in developing two working prototypes that are now technically the property of the UK Crown.
The decision to dissolve the company has saved time and some needless company accountancy work.
Furthermore, in realising I had no formally defined international measurement standard by which to calculate the sum total of the Weld Monitor’s manufactured environmental damage footprint by way of it’s component parts, I was concerned that it might become impossible as a company Director to acquire & sustain professional indemnity insurance to a sufficient level of cover, should environmental damages ever be cited and levied against the product. I admit, I didn’t know what I was doing.
The Weld Monitor was invented as a low cost solution for improving manufactured product quality and reducing scrap in those parts of the world where manual assembly work still provides an enjoyable livelihood for many.
The IP associated with the Weld Monitor product will soon be published by the UK Patent office.
